In the total workforce, 68% is male and 32% is female. All employees are getting facilities under Gender Equality and Return (GEAR) program which is a promotion program for Operator to Supervisor. All staffs are benefited from Child Care room, newborn gift, nutrition allowance for expecting female employees and so on.

Afsana Mimi, popular actress and director, Shwapna Bhowmick, Country Manager or Marks & Spencer Bangladesh, Selina Chowdhury, Faculty of Dhaka University, Mahmuda Apon, Social activist, Farah Kabir, Country Manager of Action Aid Bangladesh and renowned human rights activist and Naveed Mahbub, renowned stand-up comedian and Founder of Naveed's Comedy Club were awarded for being inspiration for women.
